Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, calendars get wild, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. For services scheduled for 3 hours or more, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

New guests may be required to place a credit card on file to reserve their appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you no-show or cancel outside of the cancellation window.

Hair Extension Policy

New hair extension installations require additional time, preparation, and product planning. Because these appointments are reserved for an extended block of time, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Deposits for extension services may be non-refundable if the appointment is canceled late or missed.

Redo Policy

At Blonde Theory LA, the goal is simple: we want you to love your hair.

Every service begins with a thoughtful consultation so we can understand your hair history, goals, lifestyle, and what is realistically possible. Some hair goals may take more than one appointment to achieve, especially with color corrections, blonding, major transformations, or previously processed hair.

If you are unhappy with your result, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We must see your hair in person to determine the next best step.

If we determine that an adjustment is needed due to an error on our part, we will schedule a follow-up appointment to make the appropriate correction toward the original consulted goal.

If the desired result requires multiple sessions, if the hair goal has changed after the service, or if the result is consistent with what was discussed during the consultation, additional services may be recommended and priced accordingly.

If another salon or stylist alters your hair after your appointment with Blonde Theory LA, we are no longer able to provide complimentary adjustments.

No refunds are given for completed hair services.

Chemical Service Policy

Chemical services include color, lightening, blonding, balayage, highlights, toning, glossing, perms, and other services that may alter the structure or color of the hair.

Results can vary based on your hair’s condition, previous color history, texture, at-home products, medications, water quality, and prior chemical services. Please tell Farnaz about all previous color, lightener, box dye, keratin treatments, perms, relaxers, henna, or other chemical services before your appointment. Hair has a memory. Unfortunately, it does not keep a neat little diary, so we need your help.

We recommend removing jewelry before chemical services, as products may cause damage or discoloration. We also recommend wearing salon-provided protection when available to help prevent staining or damage to clothing.

If you have questions or concerns after a chemical service, please contact Blonde Theory LA within 3 days so we can review the best next step.

Retail Policy

Retail product purchases may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Opened products, professional tools, promotional items, discounted items, and special-order products are final sale.

Hot tools and professional appliances are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer for warranty details.

Refund Policy

All completed salon services are final and non-refundable.

Because hair services require professional time, product, preparation, and custom work, Blonde Theory LA does not issue refunds for completed appointments. If there is a concern with your result, please contact us within the redo policy window so we can evaluate the service and determine whether an adjustment is appropriate.

Product sales, deposits, promotional services, discounted services, and special purchases may be final sale unless otherwise stated.
